We are currently looking for a dedicated, multi-lingual Customer Support Representative to join our energetic team based in Calicut.
Job Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary voice and face of ElevateX Now for our Tamil-speaking clientele. Your main objective will be to assist customers, resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency, and ensure maximum user satisfaction.
Note: This is an Immediate Joining position. Candidates who can start right away will be given top priority.Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages from Tamil-speaking customers regarding services, course access, and platform navigation.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer grievances calmly, offering accurate solutions and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a friendly, professional tone to build trust and long-term relationships with our community.
- Data Logging: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal tech and sales teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil (Spoken and Written) is strictly mandatory. Proficiency in Malayalam and English is a strong advantage.
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma / Graduate. Prior experience in customer support, call centers, or client-facing roles is preferred but freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome.

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, CRM tools).
