- Expertise in Import & Export Collections transactions/ Open Account transactions with strong knowledge of ICC URC 522 guidelines and international banking practices.
- End‑to‑end processing and booking of export/import bills in transaction systems.
- Skilled in validation / scrutiny of trade documents (Invoices, Drafts, Packing Lists, B/L, AWB, Collection Instructions).
- Working knowledge of sanctions screening, EDPMS/IDPMS updates & reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands‑on experience with SWIFT 4XX messages for dispatch, acceptance, follow‑ups, and settlements.
- Proven ability in discrepancy and exception handling, and regulator/bank queries.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills with strict adherence to SLA/TAT.
