Job Description – Realty Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Realty Executive at HomeDot is responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth property buying experience from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property sales leads.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and project details to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualification

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
