Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Chef de Partie (All Rounder) who can handle multiple kitchen sections including Indian, Chinese and South Indian preparations. The candidate should be capable of managing operations independently while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across different cuisines as per standard recipes.
- Handle multiple kitchen sections based on operational requirements.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Support menu planning and suggest new dishes when required.
- Train and guide junior staff members.
- Follow all food safety and hotel policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CDP / Sr. Commis with multi-cuisine knowledge.
- Strong skills in Indian, Tandoor, South Indian, and basic Continental cooking.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory with good experience.
Experience:
3–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
- All-rounder with hands-on experience in multiple cuisines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible with shifts and responsibilities.
