Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) who will be responsible for generating revenue through direct client acquisition. The candidate will focus on meeting business owners, decision-makers, and corporates to close high-value deals.
Target & Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Monthly revenue target achievement
- Number of client meetings per week
- Deal conversion ratio
- Collection & payment follow-ups
- New accounts opened monthly
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Confidence in face-to-face sales
- Negotiation & closing skills
- Self-motivated & target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in field sales environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1–5 years experience in direct sales
- Experience in SaaS / IT / Digital Marketing (preferred)
- Own vehicle (preferred for field role)
