Senior Consultant - SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Title:
Senior Consultant – SuccessFactors Employee Central Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to provide Production Support of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and deploying Employee Central modules and a strong understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Production Support of SuccessFactors Employee Central. Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Configure Employee Central modules, including foundational objects, time management, workflows, integration with S4 HANA and employee self-service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR processes with system functionality. Provide guidance and support to the client during UAT, data migration, and go-live phases. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and recommend best practices. Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and project reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field. Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (latest certification preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with at least 3 end-to-end Employee Central projects.
Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, time management, and global HR compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
