At Pinklay, we're looking for a Product Merchandiser to own the journey of every product—from the first sample to the day it reaches our warehouse. You'll work closely with our supplier network to ensure collections launch on time, production stays on track, and inventory is always planned intelligently. What You'll Do
- Manage new product launches, seasonal collections, and reprints.
- Be the single point of contact for suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate sampling, approvals, production timelines, quality checks, and deliveries.
- Track orders and proactively resolve production issues.
- Analyse inventory levels to plan replenishment.
- Identify bestsellers, slow-moving products, and inventory risks.
- Work closely with our design, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth launches.
- Prepare reports to support merchandising and buying decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in merchandising, production, sourcing, buying, or supply chain.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data and Excel.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys making things happen.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
