Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute solar EPC and ground mounted projects from planning through commissioning. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Manage complete lifecycle of solar EPC projects (ground mount + large rooftop)
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
2. Site & Technical Management
- Oversee site survey, feasibility analysis, and design coordination
- Review engineering drawings (civil, electrical, structural)
- Ensure compliance with MNRE guidelines, DISCOM regulations, and safety standards
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Coordinate with procurement team for modules, inverters, structures, BOS
- Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality of materials aligned with Tier-1 standards
4. Construction & Installation
- Supervise execution of ground-mounted solar plants
- Monitor civil works, mounting structures, module installation, and cabling
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols
5. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management
6. Commissioning & Handover
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization
- Oversee documentation, handover, and client training
7. Risk & Cost Control
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering
- PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- 2–5+ years in solar EPC project management
- Proven experience in ground-mounted solar projects (MW scale preferred)
- Experience in Gujarat or multi-state solar projects is an advantage
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid)
- Understanding of EPC execution and project lifecycle
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Project / Primavera
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder handling

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
