Own end-to-end process delivery, SLA governance, and drive efficiency + transformation initiatives.
- Manage overall COMAG operations (intake → allocation → billing trigger)
- Monitor daily volume, cycle time, backlog, and SLA adherence
- Drive team performance (productivity, quality, utilization)
- Interface with publishers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders for escalations
- Lead process standardization to reduce dependency on tribal knowledge
- Identify and implement automation opportunities (schedule intake, PO master, PAN)
- Support transition, knowledge transfer, and governance reporting
Pay: ₹80,235.38 - ₹93,409.72 per month
