Position: Tele Calling Executive
Location: VBR Group of Institutions
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students and parents.
- Explain our academic programs and admission process.
- Follow up on enquiries and generate admissions.
- Maintain call records and update lead information.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and/or Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
