Job responsibilities:
1. To receive all the materials coming into the hospital, unpack, and store them properly, register in the books and report to higher authority about non-routine items.
2. To ensure that items being brought to the stores are duly sanctioned for purchase, and must accompany the purchase order slip from the competent authority
3. To ensure that items supplied are as per specification, not damaged or of inferior quality.
4. To check all supplies are received under proper delivery challan, receipt etc.
5. To ensure supplies are entered into the requisite books.
6. To report to the Manager/Dy. Manager (Stores) about quality of supplies.
7. To ensure the quantity by counting, weighing and checking
8. To be responsible for maintaining ledger/computerized system for receipt/ issues/ balances.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
