- Package Handling: Safely loading, unloading, and transporting a variety of items without damage.
- Navigation: Planning the most efficient daily travel routes and strictly following time schedules.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers politely, resolving minor complaints, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Payment Processing: Collecting cash, digital payments, or signatures upon successful delivery.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Fueling, cleaning, and doing routine safety checks on the delivery vehicle (e.g., a bike, scooter, or car).

Essential Skills and Qualifications
