About the Role
- Manage export-import licenses and registrations
- Ensure compliance with Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) and trade schemes
- Handle DGFT portal operations and submissions
- Advise on tariff classifications and trade regulations
Required Skills & Expertise
- DGFT Knowledge: Import-Export Code (IEC), EPCG scheme, MEIS/RoDTEP, SEIS
- Trade Compliance: Customs Act, GST, IGST, FDI regulations
- Documentation: Invoice discrepancies, certificates of origin, shipping bills
- Systems: DGFT website navigation, ICEGATE portal, Customs e-filing
- Regulations: Bilateral/multilateral trade agreements, product-specific restrictions
- Certifications: Knowledge of quality marks (BIS, ISI) and standards compliance
Experience Requirements
- 2-5+ years in DGFT, export-import, or trade compliance
- Experience with specific sectors (if applicable: pharmaceuticals, engineering, textiles, etc.)
- Track record of successful license applications and renewals
- Knowledge of post-export formalities and duty drawback claims
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
