Job Summary
NexEV is looking for a proactive and responsible Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end EV Charging Station installation projects. The candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, electricity board officials, installation teams, and charger manufacturers to ensure every project is completed successfully and commissioned on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate complete EV Charging Station installation projects from start to commissioning.
* Follow up with Electricity Board (EB/TANGEDCO) approvals and power connection processes.
* Coordinate with civil, electrical, and installation teams.
* Track charger manufacturing, dispatch, delivery, and installation schedules.
* Coordinate with OEMs and technical teams for charger commissioning.
* Ensure chargers are tested, commissioned, and made Live successfully.
* Maintain project timelines and update management regularly.
* Follow up with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintain project documentation, installation reports, and status updates.
* Resolve project delays by coordinating with all stakeholders.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (Any Degree/Diploma)
* 1–3 years of coordination/project management experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply)
* Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage)
* Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills
* Willing to travel to project sites when required
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
* Experience in EV Charging, Electrical, Solar, EPC, or Infrastructure projects.
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems is an added advantage.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25000 per month (Based on Experience)
