Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in civil construction project execution, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
Role Summary
Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and timely delivery of construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and cost compliance. The role requires effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage RCC construction, finishing works, and overall project execution.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Control (QC) standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and track project schedules using MS Project and Primavera.
- Review construction drawings using AutoCAD and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Ensure timely closure of site issues, snag lists, and project handover.
- Prepare periodic progress reports for management.
