- Retailer Visits: Conduct daily visits to grocery stores, general merchants, and local stockists to pitch products and collect orders.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for the designated route or zone.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong working ties with shop owners and channel partners to ensure brand loyalty.
- Shelf Visibility: Ensure proper stock rotation, product placement, and high visibility on retail shelves.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches in the field.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity logs, order sheets, and collection updates to the sales manager.
