Job Title: PCB Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled PCB Soldering Technician responsible for assembling, soldering,and inspecting electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs). The candidate shouldensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to production and safety standards.Key Responsibilities
Perform manual soldering of electronic components (through-hole and SMD) on PCBs Read and understand circuit diagrams, BOM, and assembly drawings
Assemble and mount components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc. Inspect solder joints for quality and reliability Repair and rework defective PCBs when required Use tools like soldering iron, hot air gun, desoldering pump, multimeter
Maintain proper handling of ESD-sensitive components Follow company quality standards and production guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation Support testing and basic troubleshooting of assembled boards
Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electronics or relevant field
1–3 years of experience in PCB soldering (preferred) Good knowledge of SMD and through-hole soldering techniques Ability to identify electronic components and their values Basic understanding of electronic circuits Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Preferred Skills: Experience with rework and repair of PCB boards Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry
Working Conditions: Factory/production environment May require sitting for long hours Use of safety equipment (ESD wrist strap, gloves, etc.)Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
