Job Title - Store Manager
Location – Wada, Palghar
About the role- To manage the materials and inventory of a store. They are responsible for ensuring that the store has the right amount of stock and products are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities-
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure the storage, dispatch and daily management of the stock of products marketed by the company.
- Ensure the conformity of products received and delivered.
- Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, inventory.
- Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines.
- Prepare the daily shortage report if any material shortage and follow for the same.
- Preparation of 'Good Receipt Note' (GRN) on daily basis for all received material and circulating the documents to concern department.
- Monthly schedule plan (Raw Material, Packing Material, Consumable etc) as per production requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Ensure FIFO is adhered to avoid loses for stored items
- In emergency cases responsible of arranging pick up or delivery of material from one storage location to another.

Experience requirement-
- 4 – 6 years of experience
Qualification / Additional Certification-
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,680.20 per month
Work Location: In person
