We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) who enjoys outbound calling, engaging with prospects, and generating qualified business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to freight forwarders, CHAs, and 3PL companies across India
- Connect with founders, operations heads, finance, and IT decision-makers
- Generate and schedule qualified product demos for the sales team
- Handle objections confidently and build meaningful prospect conversations
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and opportunities in CRM
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and lead conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B outbound calling / inside sales / lead generation
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into meetings
- Organized and disciplined with CRM updates and follow-ups
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS sales or software product sales
- Exposure to logistics, freight, supply chain, EXIM, CHA, or 3PL industry
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
- Gujarati or Marathi communication is a plus
