Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue prospective IT clients through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Proposal & Pitching: Develop customized presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts tailored to prospective IT needs.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders.
- Account Management: Transition newly closed clients to technical and operations teams for onboarding while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Research emerging IT trends (like SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity) and track competitor activities to spot new opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting, and lead-tracking using platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 3–5 years in IT sales, tech account management, or business development.
- Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of IT concepts (software development, IT infrastructure, AI, or digital transformation).
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹247,243.32 - ₹1,540,210.44 per year
