Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage academic and administrative operations (role-specific)
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic standards
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff
- Maintain discipline, compliance, and school policies
- Coordinate with management, parents, and internal teams
- Drive academic outcomes, quality improvement, and school growth
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-Graduate degree with B.Ed / M.Ed
- Prior experience as Principal
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CBSE curriculum experience preferred
