Job DescriptionJob Description: Senior React Native Mobile Engineer Experience • 6+ years of professional mobile application development experience, with strong hands on expertise in React Native. Technical Skills • Strong experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or native iOS (Swift/Objective C) development. • Ability to build, extend, and debug native modules and troubleshoot platform specific issues. • Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep understanding of modern React patterns and hooks. • Experience using React Navigation, Redux, or other state management libraries • Webview expertise Integration & Platform Capabilities • Hands on experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs. • Familiarity with OAuth based authentication, push notifications, and offline data support. • Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, and memory management. DevOps & Tooling • Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar tools. • Experience with modern mobile development tooling, version control, and release management. Quality, Accessibility & Performance • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, platform accessibility APIs) and inclusive design practices. • Experience using performance profiling and debugging tools for mobile applications. Testing & Collaboration • Write and maintain unit and integration tests. • Participate actively in QA processes, automated testing, and code reviews. • Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams in an Agile environment. L4 – L7 (Tech Lead Architect Principal) Proven experience architecting and delivering systems using agentic IDEs Ability to: • Define architectural intent that agents can follow • Break features into agent executable tasks • Govern AI autonomy (guardrails, permissions, reviews) • Integrate agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines Experience supervising AI agents across: • Multi service systems • Legacy modernization • Large codebases / monorepos Strong understanding of: • Security implications of autonomous code execution • Compliance, auditability, and traceability • AI assisted SDLC operating models Core Responsibility: • Guide effective use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module or cross-service changes • Establish review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code • Mentor team members on balancing autonomy, correctness, and maintainability in AI-assisted development • Design system architectures that support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows • Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents • Evaluate impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt
