Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to own top-of-funnel pipeline generation — prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings for our sales team — across enterprise accounts in Pharma, BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, partner-led campaigns) targeting IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and CFOs at mid-to-large enterprises
- Qualify and nurture leads
- Book qualified meetings and product demos for the Sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in the CRM
- Learn and articulate RCV's core offerings: IaaS, DaaS, RaaS, AIaaS, and Vamanit servers
- Meet weekly / monthly targets for calls made, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any stream; B.Tech / BBA / B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years in inside sales / business development, ideally in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident phone manner and willingness to make high call volumes daily
- Proven track record of hitting outbound pipeline / meeting-booked targets
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT concepts (virtualization, backup/DR, storage, networking); familiarity with VMware, Veeam, or Nutanix ecosystems is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and email sequencing / outreach platforms
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
