Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Lighters Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain lighter manufacturing machines. The candidate will ensure smooth production, maintain product quality, follow safety procedures, and achieve daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate lighter manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines before production and perform basic adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect finished lighters for defects and proper functionality.
- Maintain production records and daily machine reports.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety, housekeeping (5S), and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement activities to increase productivity.
Requirements
- Qualification: ITI (Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic,) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
- Experience: 0–3 years in machine operation (Freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to quality and safety.
- Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
