Sales Manager – Farmland Sales

Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to handle farmland sales, client relationship management, and site visit coordination. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in real estate or land sales.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Generate leads through field marketing, references, and digital platforms
2. Handle customer inquiries and explain farmland projects to clients
3. Schedule and manage site visits for customers
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
6. Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals
7. Coordinate with the marketing and CRM team for lead management
8. Maintain sales reports and customer database
9. Negotiate pricing and finalize bookings
10. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
1. 3–4 years of experience in farmland or real estate sales
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills
3. Ability to handle a sales team and achieve targets
4. Good knowledge of farmland/property documentation and registration process.
5. Must be confident in client handling and presentations
6. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage
7. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
