HR EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and candidate closure. The role requires strong knowledge of job portals, recruitment strategies, ATS/ERP systems, and high-volume hiring. The ideal candidate should be able to hire 80–100 candidates per month, maintain a strong talent pipeline, manage recruitment TAT and hiring cost data, and be willing to travel across India for recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets of 80–100 positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
- Negotiate salary, influence candidates, and ensure successful offer acceptance and joining.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs, hiring policies, and company guidelines.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS/ERP records, and recruitment reports.
- Track and improve Recruitment TAT, Time-to-Hire, Cost-to-Hire, and Joining Ratio.
- Draft professional emails for candidate communication, interview scheduling, offers, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely position closures.
- Travel across India for recruitment drives, campus hiring, walk-in interviews, and business hiring requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.) and sourcing strategies.
- Proven ability to close positions within defined TAT.
- Experience in high-volume hiring (80–100 hires per month preferred).
- Excellent salary negotiation, candidate influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of ATS/Recruitment Software/ERP systems.
- Strong email drafting, MS Excel, and reporting skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a quality candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for recruitment activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
