Kargen.ai is an AI-powered freight brokerage automation platform built for US SMB freight brokerages. We automate the full load lifecycle — RFQ extraction, load building, carrier sourcing and compliance, negotiation, dispatch, and shipper support — so a small brokerage team can operate at the scale of a much larger one.
The role
You'll own the top of our sales funnel — running cold outbound campaigns into US freight brokerages and booking qualified audit calls onto the founder's calendar. You're not just executing sequences; you're operating the full outbound machine and iterating on what works.
What you'll do
- Build and enrich target account lists in Clay, focused on US SMB freight brokerages (with a specific wedge into India-operated US brokerages)
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email (Instantly) and LinkedIn (HeyReach)
- Write and continuously iterate cold email copy, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences based on reply data
- Manage cold email infrastructure — domains, inboxes, warm-up, deliverability, bounce monitoring
- Book qualified discovery/audit calls onto the founder's calendar and ensure smooth handoff
- Track and report weekly on key metrics: sends, open rates, reply rates, positive replies, meetings booked, meetings held
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline data
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience, ideally selling into US or other Western markets
- Hands-on operating experience with the modern outbound stack: Instantly (or Smartlead/Lemlist), Clay (or Apollo), HeyReach (or Expandi)
- Comfort with US timezone overlap (some evening hours, India time)
- Strong analytical instinct — you read reply data and adjust, not just send more
- Self-directed: comfortable owning outcomes without daily supervision
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
