Roles & Responsibilities:
Zoho Application Configuration
- Configure and customise Zoho Books for accounting workflows including invoicing, bank reconciliation, chart of accounts, and tax compliance.
- Set up and maintain Zoho Payroll modules covering employee onboarding, salary structures, statutory deductions, and payslip generation.
- Configure Zoho People for HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Implement Zoho CRM configurations such as pipelines, custom modules, workflows, and automation rules as directed.
- Build and maintain applications and forms on Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting for business-specific automations.
Implementation and Support
- Work from solution architect-provided blueprints and functional specifications to deliver configured modules on time.
- Support and troubleshoot live client environments, resolving configuration and data issues.
- Assist the lead developer in testing, quality checks, and documentation of delivered configurations.
- Participate in client requirement walkthroughs and translate them into actionable configuration tasks.
Integrations and Workflows
- Configure Zoho integrations with third-party applications and APIs as per project requirements.
- Assist in setting up payment gateway integrations within Zoho Books and related financial modules.
- Maintain and monitor automated workflows, functions, and scheduled actions across the Zoho One ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Creator.
- Working knowledge of Deluge scripting for Zoho Creator functions and workflows.
- Understanding of third-party API integrations (REST/JSON) in the context of Zoho modules.
- Exposure to payment gateway configuration (e.g. Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe) within Zoho applications.
- Familiarity with the Zoho One ecosystem and cross-module data flow.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, payroll regulations, and ERP processes.
Professional Skills
- Ability to read, understand, and execute from solution architect-provided documentation and design specifications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in configuration.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing assigned tasks independently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and clients
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
