Position: Sales Manager – Bonded Warehouse, FTWZ & SEZ
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (including 3+ years in a direct sales role within Logistics/Customs industry)
Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development and revenue generation for Bonded Warehouse, FTWZ (Free Trade Warehousing Zone), and SEZ services by acquiring new clients and expanding existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business opportunities for Bonded Warehouse, FTWZ, and SEZ services.
· Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and logistics clients.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
· Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and presentations.
· Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
· Manage key accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, FTWZ, SEZ, or Warehouse solutions.
· Minimum 3 years in a direct sales/business development role.
· Strong understanding of warehousing and international trade logistics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
· Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
