- Market & Consumer Research: Analyzing buyer behavior, market trends, and competitor positioning.
- Brand Positioning: Defining what a business means to its market, including its core values, mission, and unique selling proposition
- Creative Briefing: Translating market insights into actionable briefs for copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to ensure all creative materials stay on-brand.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs to assess brand health and the effectiveness of brand initiatives
