Role Overview
Support core HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, and documentation — across CIPL's three business verticals: Opus One, Lyumi, and Tempus Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding, induction, and new joiner documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR trackers.
- Draft and format HR policies, letters, and internal communication.
- Support exit formalities and engagement activities.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and the employee lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Basic awareness of labour law concepts (POSH, PF, ESIC) — added advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Educational Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
