Position: Sales Executive
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through showroom walk-ins, field visits, referrals, and digital enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Toyota vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate within company guidelines, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and outdoor marketing activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on Toyota products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred).
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Team player with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
