Position: Technical Service Engineer (Ahmedabad Local Candidates Preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of digital and industrial printing machines at customer sites across India.
Educational Qualification
- ITI – Electrical
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering
Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in Electrical / Technical Service / Maintenance / Field Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of printing machinery at customer locations.
- Electrical troubleshooting and fault finding of machines.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical and technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide on-site technical support and service to customers.
- Travel to customer locations across India as required.
- Prepare service reports and update service activities regularly.
- Coordinate with the technical team for resolving complex technical issues.
- Maintain proper tools, equipment, and service-related documentation.
- Follow company safety and service procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Ahmedabad local candidate preferred/required.
- Must be willing to travel Pan India for customer service visits.
- Approximately 10 days of field travel per month may be required.
- Good understanding of basic electrical concepts.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components, wiring, control panels, motors, sensors, etc. will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and printing machinery.
- Should be comfortable working independently at customer locations.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence will be preferred.
