Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute purchase plans based on sales forecasts and business requirements.
- Manage category/SKU-level procurement, including seasonal and promotional requirements.
- Manage suppliers, brands, and distributors; negotiate pricing, credit terms, schemes, rebates, and marketing support.
- Monitor demand, stock levels, replenishment, and product availability.
- Control excess, ageing, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Drive cost optimization, better stock turns, and working-capital efficiency.
- Establish procurement SOPs, MIS, approval systems, and supplier performance tracking.
- Lead and develop the procurement team and monitor KRAs/KPIs.

Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
· MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Finance, or Business Management is preferred.
Experience Requirements
· 15+ years of relevant experience in Purchase, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
· Strong experience in high-volume, multi-SKU businesses.
· Preference for candidates from Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories, Electronics Distribution, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or large Distribution organizations.
· Demonstrated experience managing procurement teams and handling significant purchase volumes.
