Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Manager to drive global business development for our surgical and medical device product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international markets, distributor management, export operations, and developing business across key geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve export revenue targets.
- Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and channel partners across global markets.
- Expand business opportunities, Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, medical conferences, and business development events.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and distribution contracts.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic business reports.
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in International Business or Marketing is preferred.
Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in international sales/export of surgical products, medical devices, or healthcare consumables.
- Strong understanding of export documentation and international trade practices.
- Experience handling global distributors and channel partners.
- Knowledge of CE, ISO 13485, US FDA, MDR, or other international regulatory standards is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
