Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee retail operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supermarket or hypermarket operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency, sales growth, and team performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 12–15 years in retail operations.
Industry Preference: Supermarket or Hypermarket.
Experience managing operations across Kerala is mandatory.
UAE retail experience will be an added advantage.
Age: Below 40 years.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Work Location: In person
