We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in the Higher Education domain to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives for universities and academic institutions.
This role requires strong knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS), academic structures, student lifecycle management, and Salesforce architecture. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership across architecture, integrations, governance, and implementation.
Mandatory Domain ExpertiseHigher Education Domain (Must Have)
- Deep understanding of Student Information Systems (SIS)
- Experience with Academic Structures and Curriculum Management
- Strong knowledge of Student Lifecycle Management
- Experience working with Universities, Colleges, or Educational Institutions
- Experience leading Higher Education digital transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for Higher Education institutions.
- Translate institutional and business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Define Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data strategies.
- Drive large-scale implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Design API-led and enterprise integration architectures.
- Establish governance, security, and data management best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Ensure solution delivery aligns with enterprise architecture standards.
Required Skills & ExperienceSalesforce Architecture
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 3–5+ years in a Salesforce Technical Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
Integration & Platform Expertise
- Enterprise Integration Architecture.
- API-led Connectivity.
- Platform Customization and Development Frameworks.
- Data Migration and Data Quality Management.
- Master Data Management (MDM).
Security & Governance
- Salesforce Security Model.
- Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchies.
