Job Responsibilities:
- Verify customer KYC documents and information.
- Handle customer verification and documentation.
- Make calls to customers for KYC-related information.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Ensure documents are accurate and complete.
- Follow company KYC and verification procedures.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with calling and documentation.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
