About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to speak with interested leads, understand their requirements, recommend the right AI automation program and convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments.
This is a target-based sales role involving regular calling, counselling, follow-ups and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads assigned by the company.
- Understand their goals, problems and training requirements.
- Explain course content, fees, benefits and support clearly.
- Recommend the most suitable program.
- Handle questions and sales objections professionally.
- Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert interested leads into paid enrollments.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Candidate Requirements
- Fresher or up to 6 months of telecalling or sales experience.
- Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confidence while speaking with customers.
- Basic persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Disciplined, punctual and hardworking.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn about AI automation programs and services.
