Job Overview:
We are seeking a confident and result-driven Student Advisor to guide students in selecting the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should possess strong convincing skills and basic IT knowledge to effectively assist and convert prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable options
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication
- Maintain student data and update records in CRM/software
- Address student queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing (persuasion) skills
- Basic IT knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email handling, internet usage)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
