Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in executing infrastructure/building projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Review BOQs, project estimates, billing, and vendor invoices.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and project execution.
- Experience in project planning using MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of contract management, billing, and project costing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.

Salary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
