Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, PPC, Remarketing).
· Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Google Business Profile, and conversion tracking.
· Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing campaigns.
· Improve SEO rankings and increase organic website traffic.
· Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, brochures, videos, and email campaigns.
· Generate qualified B2B leads through paid and organic marketing channels.
· Build and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates.
· Manage Zoho CRM and marketing automation.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
· Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
· Minimum 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
· Strong experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
· Experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
· Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
· Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results.
· Must be available to work during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT) and attend meetings with the Australian team when required.
