Eligibility Criteria:
Experienced Candidates Only
Minimum 12 Months of Experience in Non-Voice Process (Chat Support / Email Support / Back Office Customer Support)
Excellent Written English Communication Skills
Prior experience handling Dual Chats or Multiple Concurrent Chats is highly preferred
Ability to manage customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
Strong Customer Service, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge is Mandatory
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and modern operating systems preferred
Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts & Work From Office Environment

Customer Handling and Issue Resolution Skills
