Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and procuring high-quality materials, furniture, lighting, décor, finishes, fixtures, and vendors for luxury residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, cost optimization, and coordination with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure timely procurement without compromising quality or design intent. The role combines strategic supplier management with day-to-day procurement coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source premium vendors and suppliers for furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, tiles, marble, hardware, fabrics, décor, and customized products.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database across India and international markets.
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers to understand project-specific procurement requirements.
- Ensure materials meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Track procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Resolve vendor issues related to pricing, quality, delays, or shortages.
- Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers, and industry trends.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery reports.
- Evaluate vendor performance and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in architecture, interior design, construction, or luxury furniture procurement.
Preferred Experience
- Experience sourcing luxury interior materials and customized furniture.
- Strong network of vendors, manufacturers, and contractors across India.
- Knowledge of procurement processes for high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to travel for vendor meetings, factory visits, and material inspections.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
