Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering OR Any Graduate (Automobile Experience Preferred)
Other Requirements
- Valid Driving License (Preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Knowledge of OEM Warranty Policies & Procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and submit vehicle warranty claims as per OEM guidelines.
- Check warranty eligibility, job cards, repair orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of warranty claims to minimize claim rejection.
- Track pending, approved, and rejected claims and follow up for timely closure.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Workshop, Parts Department, and OEM representatives.
- Maintain complete warranty documentation and claim records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
