Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls, sales interactions to ensure quality, compliance, and sales effectiveness.
- Assess adherence to sales scripts, objection handling, product knowledge, and closing techniques.
- Identify quality gaps, defects, and opportunities for improvement in sales performance.
- Provide clear, timely, and constructive feedback to sales advisors.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Partner with sales managers, trainers, and operations teams to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
- Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency in quality scoring.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and dashboards related to quality evaluations.
- Track quality trends and share insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
