Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Technical Shift Officer – Production to oversee shift operations in the dairy plant. The candidate must be a Food Technologist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in dairy processing, particularly in ghee manufacturing. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring quality compliance, maintaining process parameters, and achieving shift production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage overall production activities during the assigned shift.
Monitor and control ghee manufacturing processes including cream separation, butter melting, clarification, and filtration.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, FSSAI guidelines, and food safety norms.
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and maintain process documentation.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
Maintain production logs, batch records, and shift reports.
Ensure hygiene, GMP, and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot process deviations and minimize downtime.
Ensure safety compliance and maintain discipline within the production floor.
Work towards yield improvement and reduction of wastage.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Dairy Technology (Mandatory)
Knowledge of dairy processing operations and ghee manufacturing process.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in dairy production.
Hands-on experience in ghee manufacturing is mandatory.
Experience in handling production shifts preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of dairy process parameters.
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems.
Basic troubleshooting and process control knowledge.
Good documentation and reporting ability.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Working Conditions:

Rotational shifts required.
Exposure to dairy processing environment and heat areas.
Pay: ₹8,733.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
