✔ Identify new business opportunities in embedded systems, IoT, electronics design, and product development services (PDS).
✔ Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects across industries like medical devices, consumer electronics, industrial automation, defence, automotive, and more.
✔ Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure for domestic and international clients.
✔ Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions.
✔ Prepare detailed proposals, technical presentations, and pricing strategies.
✔ Act as the bridge between the client and technical team to ensure solution alignment.
✔ Nurture and expand existing client accounts with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
✔ Identify and collaborate with global partners (distributors, product companies, design firms) for ecosystem expansion.
✔ Build long-term strategic partnerships aligned with our vision of embedded innovation.
✔ Work with the inside sales and digital marketing teams to align outreach campaigns, webinars, and content initiatives.
✔ Represent the company at trade shows, tech expos, webinars, and B2B networking forums.
✔ Drive case study generation, referrals, and co-marketing activities with clients.
✔ Maintain CRM hygiene and prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales KPIs, conversion funnel, and opportunity status.
✔ Provide market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to influence product positioning and strategy.
✔ Work closely with leadership to evolve value proposition, pricing models, and market entry strategies.
✔ 5–8 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales or business development, preferably in embedded systems, electronics, or product engineering services.
✔ Strong understanding of embedded hardware/software lifecycle, firmware development, PCB design, and electronics product manufacturing.
✔ Excellent interpersonal, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
✔ Proven ability to close mid- to large-size B2B deals and build CXO-level relationships.
✔ Experience selling to international markets (US, EU, Middle East) is a strong plus.
➕ Existing network in OEMs, hardware startups, or design houses.
➕ Experience in selling services to sectors like IoT, robotics, medical devices, EVs, or defence.
➕ Exposure to government or institutional sales in tech projects.
