We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) – Outbound Sales to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating outbound communication, qualifying prospects, and driving new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
2–5 years of experience in outbound sales / business development.
Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes (preferred).
Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound strategies.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Understand customer needs and position the company’s products/services accordingly.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track daily/weekly performance metrics.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for campaign execution.
