We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our tendering team on a work-from-home basis.
Responsibilities:
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepared post tender clarifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
- Obtain supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare cost estimates.
- Prepare tender pricing, comparison statements, and techno-commercial proposals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as an MEP QS/Estimator.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and BOQs,
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Able to work independently and meet tender deadlines.
Work From Home Requirements:
- Own computer/laptop.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
